Loosen the slugs using the tire wrench. 3rd. jack-up the car. 4th. totally remove the slugs as well as the blown tire. 5th. replace it with the new one and screw in the slugs (tight enough with your bare hands). 6th. jack down the car and tighten the slugs with the tire wrench.
