How do I make my bike lighter?

Okay so I have a haro f4 so its kinda heavy i guess.. its all stock cuz i dont know anything about bikes. i already took the pegs off but i want it to be lighter without taking the brakes off and **** what can i do to make it lighter without ruining it i guess...like change tires or something...any recommendations?
