Take them out in the garage
put some warm very soapy water on the outer lip - (bead)
Lock the rim in the tire machine.
place the tire on top - shove the tire on as far as you can by hand - let the machine do the rest.
Repeat for the outside.
Now take it off the tire machine and put it in the spin balancer.

That one was just trying to make money on the tires and didn't care about customer service.
