My stock tire size is 195/70R14. Could i put a wider 205/65R14 or even 215/65R14 on there?

I am just trying to get more grip. I lowered my car and the wheel scrubs the wheel well(only when really bottoming out). So my priority is to get shorter tires to stop the contact. But sense im changing tires, i want something wider without getting new rims. How wide can i go?My stock tire size is 195/70R14.
