How to change a tire?

The tire or the wheel? The wheel, make sure the car is in a location safe from traffic. Use the lug wrench to break loose the wheel lugs. Raise the corner of the car, with the wheel to be changed, using the vehicles jack. Remove the previously loosened lugs. Remove the wheel and install the spare. Replace the lugs finger tight. Lower and remove the jack. Tighten the lugs with the lug wrench. Store the spare and be on your way. To change the bad tire, take it to a tire shop. How to change a tire?Jack the car up, loosen and remove lug nuts, remove tire, put new tire in place, tighten lug nuts in star pattern, lower the car.How to change a tire?**put ur E brake on**

and vwalaHow to change a tire?If you mean actually changing the rubber part of the tire, you need a special machine that they have at tire installation shops. I have had shops change out the tires for $10 a tire so its not that bad

If you are talking about switching out a flat tire, then just follow these steps:

1.Try to get the vehicle to level ground. If you can't, its not that big of a deal, just try to orient the vehicle so that when you jack it up, it make the car more level.

2.Use your lug wrench to loosen (but not remove!) the lug nuts on the tire being removed. Just enough to break the lug free is good.

3.Jack the car up

4.Finish removing the lugs and remove the tire.

5.Put the new tire on and tighten the lugs until they are snug.

6.Lower the car and finish tightening the lugs.

I would recommend wearing gloves, cause a used tire will make your hands (or clothes) filthy.

Good Luck!
