How do you tell how big your bike tire is?

Im trying to change my bike tire but I dont know how to tell how big the tire is. Bike tires are usually 26 inches but I am unsure where I can measure the diameterHow do you tell how big your bike tire is?You have a 26 inch tire. Any tire with 26 and a size showing a decimal width( eg 26x2.1) will fit your rim. There are at least 3 other 26 inch standards none of which is compatible with your wheels, but all three use a tire width showing a fraction(eg 26x 1 3/8) You don't need to measure the diameter of your wheels, just buy any 26 inch tire showing the width expressed as a decimal. How do you tell how big your bike tire is?look on the sidewall of the tire. there should be the size embedded in it.How do you tell how big your bike tire is?yah just go with 26%26quot; very unlikely that you have somehting differentHow do you tell how big your bike tire is?Yes, that's a 26 inch tyre, standard (but not universal) MTB size. How do you tell how big your bike tire is?yeah just look at the side of the tire it should say on it ahah
