The best way to do that would be to take an appropriate size socket and GENTLY tap it over the nut and remove it that way.
Those are keyed for that specific set of wheel locks, after you get them off, just replace them.
ETA: What you lost is the key, just a different type than you are seeing online.
You can take the car to tire shop, and they will charge you to do what I suggested above, and then you can replace the nuts.
