How do i get rid of an escort gt rev-limiter?

i love circle track racing. i have an escort gt, 5 speed 1.8 liter, i am running 195/70/14 i get a lil past the flagstand and the tachometer is at 7500 rpm. i dont want to change tire sizes but i wanna know is their any way of getting rid of the rev limiter?How do i get rid of an escort gt rev-limiter?The Ztec motor loves to rev and will run at 9000 with periods upto 11,000, yes I said 11,000. to disable or change the limiter you must reprogram or re-chip the cars ECU.
