It'll save you headaches down the road. How do i change the tire on a 2006 range rover?Your control switch for the EAS has a 'hold' as the center button on the switch. That should lock it to the current height. If you leave your tailgate (or a door) open, this will disengage both the EAS and the leveling.

But if you are jacking the car up and the ECU cannot lower a corner by releasing air it assumes that corner is on a jack. It will inhibit height changes until the corner reverts to the height where this was detected, the rotary switch is moved to the up or down position, or speed rises above 25 mph for 3 seconds. But I would manually inhibit the EAS to be on the safe side. How do i change the tire on a 2006 range rover?Take it to Costco or WalMart and let them eff around with it. If they jack something up, then you can let them be responsible for it.
