Changing tire on 99 stratus?

I have a 1999 Dodge Stratus, I got a flat tire, (flat as a pancake, un inflatable), i had it towed home because it was christmas day and now I got it up on a jack and I dont have the proper lugnut wrench to take it off, apparently they arent universal?? How do I get these lugnuts off so I can get the tire off?
