I was wondering if anyone know a cheap and good place to change a tire on one rim to another rim? Where would it be and how much would it be?
Also if a tire rotation states a tired should go as the arrow is pointing..... With a lot of belted tires today the belts 'seat' themselves in, after rotating at speed for many miles.
